Parents/guardians are required to provide notice of cancellation by phone. There is no cancellation fee if the cancellation is made at least 4 hours prior to the time of service if it is confirmed. Cancellations made after that time or no-show, missed pick-up, etc. are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $15 in addition to the day’s fare.
